Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In case you are returning an item because it's faulty or wrongly delivered, please write an email to, mentioning your order number and a description of the fault. We will make sure to share with you a return label, to be able to return the goods for free. In all other circumstances, please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, meaning the customer will have to cover the shipment costs. In order to return an item:

Inside the EU + UK

1. Please go to

2. Enter your order number and the email address under which you placed the order and press login

3. You will now see your order. Indicate which products you want to return, choose the reason of return and add a comment if necessary. When finished press next and then confirm

4. Select a parcel carrier and press next

5. You will see an overview and click on confirm

6. Now you can pay for the return shipment. After checkout you will come to an overview page where you can download the return label. The label will also be sent to your email. Print the return label and stick it on the box.

7. Drop off the return package at a drop-off point of your choice. The purchase amount will be refunded to you within a maximum of 5 working days (usually faster) after receipt of your return package.

1. Print out the order confirmation you received by email

2. Please send the article you want to return including the order confirmation back to us at the address below, preferably with a method that includes tracking code and signature confirmation, to ensure that we received the parcel. Note that we don’t pay for the return shipping charges.

3. Send us an email to: including the order number, the returned article name, its size and your return shipping tracking code.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have processed your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Normally this procedure does not take longer than 24 hours, after the moment we receive your package. However, in very busy times, our warehouse might need a max of 5 working days to process your return package.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within max 1 calendar week.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
